Why is finding a mentor so hard?

I am studying for my master's in business management in London and I feel completely alone in my research. My advisor is always busy and never replies to my emails. I have been walking around the library trying to find someone who understands my topic. I was so desperate today that I actually looked for Business Dissertation help UK just to talk to someone who knows the subject. Does anyone else feel isolated in their studies?
